• Everyday we try to do something healthy.  Each morning we take a break and have a snack.  Everyone is responsible for  bringing their own healthy snack.  Try to make it a healthy one.  Here is a list of some ideas for a healthy treat!

    Eat 5

    • dry cereal
    • gogurt/yogurt
    • cheese sticks
    • crackers
    • pretzels
    • granola bars
    • rice cakes
    • cereal bars
    • rice krispy treats
    • baked or reduced fat chips
    • fresh fruit or veggies and dip
    • dried fruit
    • trail mix
    • popcorn (already popped, please!)
    • NOT CANDY!!!!!
