Falconer Central School Daily Student Survey Protocols
Parents are required to complete the daily survey that has been sent out to them for each day their child is scheduled to be in school:
- The District provided a tutorial that is on website showing how to set up a SNAP account and bookmark the site under: Daily Student COVID Screening
- This screening tool is offered for informational purposes to help you check for COVID-19 symptoms as outlined by the NYS Department of Health. If you answer “Yes” to any questions, please do not send your child to school. Please contact the school nurse and your health professional and share the answers to the questions below. You will need lab results or a statement from your health professional for your child to return to school. Without these things, your child will need to be home for 10 days. Those students with incomplete surveys will be called to the nurses’ office for screening.
o MS/HS and Fenner students (gr. 3-12) surveys are to be completed by 7:30 am daily
- School Messenger notification will be sent to parents that haven’t completed the survey at 8 am (Link attached to SNAP)
o Temple students (Pre-K-2) completed by 8:30 am daily
- School Messenger notification sent to parents that haven’t completed the survey at 9:30 am (Link attached to SNAP)

"Bullying" It's for real!
Falconer Middle/High School addresses this crucial subject in several ways. We offer a Confidential Student Report (listed under Short Cuts on the District Homepage) where any student can report an incident of bullying whether they are a victim or a bystander. Bystanders are one of the most important keys in helping to prevent bullying. Click here for other ways to deal with bullying.
Working PapersStudents living in the Falconer School District may pick up an application for working papers from the High School Office between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Students must have had a physical in the past year to receive working papers. A parent signature is required.
