     Mr. Gilbert  
    Hello everyone! My name is Mr. Gilbert, Principal at H.C. Fenner Elementary School. I want to take this opportunity to introduce myself to all of our stakeholders, as well as to establish a line of communication.    
      
    It is my mission to provide opportunities for students to achieve their personal best and to become lifelong learners in a safe and positive environment. I believe it is an  administrator's duty to create an atmosphere where students and teachers feel safe to explore new ideas and trends. Collaboration among teachers is encouraged and students should be engaged in learning in many different ways. I believe that working together families, schools, and communities can successfully make a difference to improve student learning.
     
    The Falconer community is outstanding! I love it when community members come to school and volunteer in classrooms, perform demonstrations or be a guest speaker. Please contact me or your child's teacher if you or your business is interested in visiting our school.
