Dear Fenner Elementary Families,
At H.C. Fenner Elementary, we want to ensure the safety of every student and to have a smooth process for student arrival and dismissal. To have a safe and efficient process, we ask that you follow these procedures. Please take a look at the map below for more details.

Drop-Off Procedures

Students will not be able to enter the building until 7:30 a.m. Therefore, they will not be dismissed from the bus or able to exit their vehicle until 7:30. When dropping students off in the morning, please pull along the sidewalk in front of the building. A staff member will come out when it is time to exit the vehicle. To expedite this process, please pull all the way up when the cars ahead of you exit.

Students Who Walk

The doors at Fenner Elementary do not open up until 7:30 a.m. Students should wait at the entrance closest to the flagpole.

Pick-Up Procedures

Students will be dismissed at 2:25 p.m. Students will walk with their teacher to their bus or the crossing guard at the light near the high school. Car riders will exit the front of the building, and staff will be there to assist. Again, to expedite this process, please pull all the way up when the cars exit. For everyone's safety, please do not pull around the vehicle in front of you. This entire process usually only takes about 7 minutes, so please be patient. For everyone's safety, coming into school should be for rare occasions only. The end of the day is very busy, and we want to ensure the students are safe.
