    In these confusing and uncertain times, the Counseling & Psychiatric Services Department at TRC Community Health Center wants to remind people that we are still open to support you. We offer telephone and video psychotherapy and psychiatry sessions for those who either might be displaying symptoms, or would prefer to stay at home and not have to travel.

    During the COVID-19 surge, we will be offering our Online Psychiatry Urgent Care service (via Tele-Psych) to all our community members. Patients / Clinics can call our Psychiatry Urgent Care phone line between 10am till 6pm EST to schedule urgent appointments within a few hours of request with our Psychiatrists.

    The Emotional Support Line provides free and confidential support, helping callers experiencing increased anxiety due to the coronavirus emergency. The Help Line is staffed by volunteers, including mental health professionals, who have received training in crisis counseling.

    Mental Health Association in Chautauqua County is a peer run organization staffed by Certified Peer Specialists. MHA staff are individuals that are recovering from mental health diagnosis or substance abuse and have been trained and certified to assist others in their recovery. They are running virtual support groups at this time.
