This is my 17th year being a highly qualified Academic Intervention Services reading teacher at Falconer Central School. I received my Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from St. Bonaventure University in 2001. I received my Masters Degree in Literacy from St. Bonaventure University in 2003. While completing my Masters Degree, I was the lead graduate assistant for the Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers to use Technology (PT3) grant. I assisted faculty, staff, and students in implementing technology into their teaching.
My classroom motto is "Learning is Fun!" I show students learning can be fun by choosing topics that interest them, by playing educational reading games and by incorporating technology into my lessons.
