  • Key Club is collecting gently used books for children, tweens and teens, November 5 - 30th.  Students can drop off books in the lobby of their school building starting November 5.  Key Club will sort and redistribute books to appropriate buildings.  Before December break, students will have a chance to browse and select a book to keep.  Please consider sending in your gently used books to pass on the love of reading!

  • Gold Cards Available

    Falconer Central School is once again offering “Gold Cards” for citizens who reside in the Falconer Central School District and who are 60 years of age or over, or retired.

    Bearers of Gold Cards will receive free admission to all events sponsored and subsidized by the school district.  Excluded are school plays, musicals and sectional playoffs. 

    Gold Cards are available at the MS/HS Security Office.

  • Falconer Central School was recently honored to receive 3 benches in memory of 2017 Valedictorian, Matthew William Eskeli IV who was killed by a drunk driver in 2019.  A dedication ceremony was held at the school on Monday, September 13, 2021.  The Falconer Community remembers "Billy" as a kind and gentle soul with a warm sense of humor and exemplary work ethic.  Billy's memorial benches will  offer rest to the weary.  Thank you to the Eskeli Family and the FCS Class of 2017.  Click this link for photos

  • COVID-19 Bus Seating/Rules

    • Studentsmust wear masks and keep their nose and mouth covered at all times
    • Students will have their temperature checked when getting on the bus in the A.M.    
    • Students who live at the same residence sit together
    • Students have the same assigned seat and must be followed all the time
    • Students are distanced as much as possible
    • Busses are disinfected in between all bus runs and the end of the day

    District Policy for Temple Elementary Students being Bussed:

     The driver needs to physically see proper supervision for the student before he or she can exit the bus. Parents:  Please adhere to this policy and be ready for your children. Not following this policy can result in your child's loss of bussing.

    If it is necessary for your child to be absent or late for school, please call your school nurse the morning of their absence.  Upon return to school, your child must bring a note stating the reason for their absence/tardiness.

  • 7th and 12th Grade Immunizations

    New York State now mandates all 7th & 12th graders to have at least one Meningitis vaccine before entering the 2021-2022 school year. All students entering seventh grade in September 2021 MUST have 1 dose to enter, All students entering grade 12 in September 2021 must have 1 dose if the first dose was given at age 16 or older and 2 doses if first dose was given BEFORE age 16. Please check with your pediatrician to ensure your children have proper immunizations.

  • New Student Health Exam Requirements

    As of July 1, 2018 New York State law requires a health examination for all students entering the school district for the first time when entering Pre-K or K, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th , and 11th grade.
