Together We Are Falcon Strong

Welcome to the Harvey C. Fenner Elementary School Library Media Center!

Mrs. Turecek, Library Media Specialist

Mrs. Mee, Library Aide

Students attend library one day out of the six day schedule (A-F). Students may have two items checked out at a time. Books are checked out for two library classes. Students may exchange library materials during library time or during open library times. Students do not have to wait until an item is due to return it and check out something new. With these added privileges come the added responsibility of keeping track of due dates. Students with overdue materials and/or fines may not check out new materials until those responsibilities are taken care of.

If a book (or other library material) is damaged, the student should report the damage to the librarian or aide immediately. Damage to library materials will result in a fine (fine amounts will be determined by the amount of damage). If the library item can no longer be used, the student will need to pay for the replacement cost of the item. If a library item is lost, the student will need to pay for its replacement (this amount is refunded if the item is later found).
