As we launch this new school year, I want to begin by recognizing the incredible efforts of those who have worked behind the scenes this summer. Please join me in thanking our custodial, cleaning, grounds, technology, administrative, secretarial, transportation, and summer student staff.

Because of their dedication, our schools are clean, safe, and ready.

We’d like to welcome our new staff members to the Falconer family! You’ve joined a district that values teamwork, commitment, and heart. We’d also like to thank our returning staff for your continued passion and dedication. The work they do every single day drives our mission: to prepare every student for success.  “All Means All” All of our students will make progress, is what we truly believe here…

Led by our Board of Education, President Tracy Schrader, and our Administrative Team, we pledge to support our students and staff and to ensure they have the resources, trust, and encouragement to thrive.

A Fresh Start, A Great Responsibility

The start of a school year always feels a bit like a mulligan — a fresh start, a renewed chance to do better, be better, and make a difference. Like a New Year’s resolution, it’s filled with hope and possibility.

Our students have entered our doors filled with anticipation, excitement, and sometimes a bit of fear. They need us to be prepared, present, and positive. They only get one chance at this school year. We must give them our best.

And so, with this fresh start comes a great responsibility…. not only to teach, but to support, uplift, and inspire every child who walks through our doors.
