  • NOTE:  Proof of fingerprint clearance must be verified before your application will be presented to the Board of Education for approval.

     

    **If you have already been fingerprinted through the New York State Education Department, either include proof of clearance with your application or call Julie Zahm at (716) 665-6624, option 4, with your social security number so she may access your clearance on the TEACH Web site. 

     

    **If you have not been fingerprinted, you may access New York State fingerprinting instructions at http://www.highered.nysed.gov/tsei/ospra/fpprocess.html.  Once you have been fingerprinted, either include proof of clearance with your application or call Julie Zahm at (716) 665-6624, option 4, with your social security number so she may access your clearance on the TEACH Web site.

     

    Once your fingerprint clearance has been obtained/verified, please follow the instructions below to apply for employment:

     

    1.      Open the fillable application (below) by clicking on the link. 

    2.     Type your application online. (For Best Results, use Internet Explorer)

    3.     Print your completed application.

    4.     Sign your application.  Be sure to include your fingerprint clearance documentation or call

            Julie Zahm, 716-665- 6624, option 4, with your social security number so she may access your clearance.

     

    5.      Mail your completed application and any supporting documentation to:
